NFL Player Matching Youth & High School Football Grant Program
The NFL Player Matching Youth and High School Football Grant Program allows current NFL players who make financial contributions to approved youth and/or high school football programs to receive matching YFF grants of up to $5,000 for those respective programs. Grant awards must be earmarked for non-salary/non-personnel related costs including the purchase of football field equipment, uniforms, helmets, field refurbishment projects, etc. This grant initiative indicates the YFF’s support for current NFL players who give back to their communities via football and also supports youth and high school football needs nationwide.
NFL Player — Coach Youth and High School Football Grant Program
Through the NFL Player-Coach High School Football Grant Program, former NFL players who currently serve as registered head or assistant high school football coaches may apply to the YFF for grants ranging from $2,500-$10,000 to help support their high school football teams. Grant awards must be earmarked for non-salary/non-personnel related costs including the purchase of football field equipment, uniforms, helmets, field refurbishment projects, etc. This grant program recognizes former NFL players who return to their communities to mentor and coach high school football athletes while also providing support to high school football teams nationwide.
NFL Player Youth Football Camp Grant Program
Current and former NFL players who organize and host free youth football camps and clinics may apply for YFF support grants up to $4,000 through the NFL Player Football Camp Grant program. This program recognizes NFL players who give back to their communities in their hometowns or team cities while also illustrating how NFL players set positive examples for youngsters by emphasizing the importance of community-wide charitable involvement and sportsmanship.
